Refund policy

1) Overview

We want you to love Fairway Fuel. If you don’t, we’ll make it right. This policy explains when and how refunds, returns, and replacements work.

2) 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee (Opened Product)

  • Who qualifies: First‑time purchase of one unit per customer/household.

  • What you get: 100% of the product price back (taxes included). Shipping is refunded only if the issue was our error (damaged, defective, wrong item).

  • Timing: You must submit your request between day 15 and day 30 after delivery (day 1 = the carrier’s delivered date).

  • Proof of use (required):

    1. Use the product for at least 14 consecutive days.

    2. Provide 3 short date‑stamped videos showing you using the product (e.g., opening, scooping/mixing, drinking, or otherwise using as directed). A quick phone video is fine; mention the date at the start if your camera does not show a date.

  • Limits: One refund under this guarantee per name, household, payment method, and shipping address. Bulk orders (2+ units) qualify only for one opened unit; any additional unopened units must be returned under Section 3.

  • Exclusions: Resellers, giveaway/redemption orders, and orders marked as delivered but reported as non‑received without a timely carrier claim.

3) Unopened Returns (Change of Mind)

  • Window: 30 days from delivery.

  • Condition: Unopened, unused, in original packaging, resalable.

  • Process: Contact us for an RMA and return instructions.

  • Costs: You pay return shipping. We recommend a trackable service.

  • Refund: Product price (taxes included) to the original payment method once inspected. Shipping is non‑refundable unless it was our error.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send photos/video of the packaging, the product, and the shipping label.

  • We’ll fix it fast: We’ll reship a replacement or refund you in full (including shipping) at our discretion.

5) Lost, Stolen, or Delivered‑But‑Not‑Received

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact the carrier and us within 7 days.

  • We can assist with a carrier trace. Replacements or refunds are case‑by‑case.

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout are not our responsibility; replacements may require a new order.

6) How to Submit Any Request

  1. Email support@fairwayfuel.co with subject “Refund/Return Request – Order #[your order #]”.

  2. Include: full name, order number, delivery date, and a brief reason.

  3. For the guarantee (Section 2): attach your 3 videos and confirm 14 days of consecutive use.

  4. We reply within 2 business days with next steps (approval, RMA, or questions).

  5. Once approved, refunds post in 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

7) Subscriptions

  • You can cancel anytime before your next charge.

  • Refunds for subscription renewals follow the same rules as above; the guarantee applies to the first delivery only per customer/household.

8) Bundles, Gifts, and Promotions

  • Bundles: One opened unit may qualify under the guarantee; remaining unopened units must be returned under Section 3.

  • Free gifts/bonuses: Must be returned unopened if your order is refunded; otherwise the gift’s retail value may be deducted.

  • Discounts: Refunds are based on the amount actually paid.

9) Abuse Prevention

  • We may refuse or revoke the guarantee for suspected misuse, excessive refund history, fraudulent activity, or policy violations.

  • Attempts to circumvent “one per household” or submit altered media will be declined.

10) Health & Use Guidance (Safety First)

  • Follow the label and any usage directions we provide.

  • Do not exceed suggested use. If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before use.

  • Misuse or non‑standard use may void eligibility.

11) What We Do With Your Photos/Videos

  • We use your media only to verify use and process your request.

  • We store it securely and delete within 90 days after your case is closed, except as needed for fraud prevention or legal obligations.

12) Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds go to the original payment method only.

  • Banks/card issuers control posting times (typically 3–10 business days).

  • We cannot refund to a different card or in cash.

13) Damages In Transit

  • Keep all packaging and items as received.

  • Send photos/video and your order number within 7 days.

  • We’ll replace or refund promptly.

14) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the “Effective” date above.
